Here is the summary:
After the war at Marineford, Ace wakes to a world rebuilt from ashes — scarred, alive, and unbearably quiet. Marco stays by his side, a patient guardian with phoenix wings and a doctor’s calm, determined to keep Ace breathing even when he no longer wants to.
As Ace struggles with guilt and fire that won’t fade, Marco teaches him that Whitebeard’s legacy wasn’t to die for family, but to live for them. Between burnt breakfasts, stubborn recoveries, and a slow return to laughter, the two learn how to rise again — together.
Because some flames destroy.
And some, against all odds, become morning light.
