I wrote Batman/Superman fanfiction.
Here is the summary:
A meteor storm strands Batman and Superman alone on the Watchtower overnight — no comms, no exits, and only one functioning bed.
Clark calls it a rare chance to relax. Bruce calls it a containment breach in dignity.
As systems fail and tempers flare, the two heroes are forced to do something far more dangerous than fighting villains: talk. Between sarcastic banter, Smallville lullabies, and the world’s most awkward sleeping arrangement, they uncover what keeps them tethered — to duty, to hope, and to each other.
By dawn, with Earth spinning beneath them, Bruce admits what he never thought he’d say aloud:
“You’re the only sunrise I don’t hate.”
